Antioxidants in Green and Black Tea

Tea is full of antioxidants, which are disease-fighting compounds that

Green tea and black tea come from the same plant Camellia sinensis, but

Camellia is rich in polyphenols, a type of antioxidant that works to
protect the body from cell-damaging free radicals and helps remove
